Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our sourced inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In exceptional circumstances, return requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If an exception is approved, the customer must submit a return request within 3–5 days of the confirmed delivery date. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
