The fabric yarn is made of 100% high-quality pure wool, which is soft, skin-friendly, and has low irritation. It is warm, breathable, and does not easily generate static electricity. The black colorfastness is achieved through reactive low-temperature dyeing, so it will not easily turn white or gray after repeated washing. The red and green webbing uses special dyed wool yarn with a colorfastness level of 4 or higher. The dark green and bright red are dyed using a solution dyeing process, resulting in saturated and even colors that contrast cleanly with the black base. The garment body is woven in a plain weave using a German STOLL computerized flat knitting machine, with 2/2 fine plain needle single-sided knitting. The knit density is uniform and fine, and the fabric surface is smooth and seamless, without any loose holes. The entire garment is divided into front, back, and left and right sleeves, each woven independently. The red and green webbing jacquard inlay technique is integrated throughout the entire process: from the front neckline ribbing → front body → hem ribbing, back neckline → back body → hem, the entire vertical stripe has no splicing or break points.
